Avocado+Peach Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to get a nutrient-packed meal or snack. They can provide everything you need—protein, healthy fats, vegetables, and fruits—all in a to-go cup.

If you are obsessed with peaches, I highly recommend this smoothie recipe. This Avocado+Peach smoothie is super light & bright tasting. It’s perfect for a snack in the afternoon.

So, here’s the recipe:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 peach

  • 1 banana

  • 2-3 spoons of rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup of baby spinach

  • 1 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 spoon of coconut oil

  • 5-6 Mellisa leaves

  • 1 cup of water

  • fresh orange juice ( 1 orange)

  • 1-2 tablespoon of coconut flakes ( for decoration)

Step 1: Add all these ingredients to the blender;

Step 2: Blend together until smooth;

Step 3: Pour into glasses;

Step 4: Serve immediately!
