Melon Smoothie

Lately, I’ve been on a bit of a smoothie kick and I thought it would be amazing to share another smoothie recipe. The Melon smoothie is perfect for a midday snack. Due to the fresh mint leaves it’s calming and also tastes amazing.

So, if you have an upset stomach drink this smoothie.

Here’s the recipe:

  • 2 green apples

  • 5-6 fresh Mint leaves

  • 2 tablespoons of goji berries, soaked in water for 5 minutes

  • 2-3 cups cubed melon

  • 120 ml oat milk

  • 1 lemon (juice of)

  • 1 spoon of honey

  • Hazelnuts (for decoration)

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Step 2: Blend together until smooth.

Step 3: Pour into glasses.

Step 4: Serve immediately!
