Pears, one of my favorites, are a low-calorie fruit packed with fiber, folic acid, vitamin A and C.
Plus a ripe pear adds a delicious, floral sweetness that’s hard to beat!
Wheatgrass has many reputable health benefits; one of which is increased energy levels.
Don’t be afraid to combine pear and wheatgrass!
Here’s the recipe:
1 small cucumber
1 handful of wheatgrass
1 teaspoon of honey
½ cup of filtered water
Melissa leaves, sesame seeds (for decoration)
Here’s the extracted juice of wheatgrass:
Step 1: Blend the beautiful green plant with the filtered water.
Step 2: Then use a strainer to extract the juice of the wheatgrass.
Step 4: Blend together until smooth.
Step 5: Pour into a jug.
Step 6: Enjoy!
