Cashews + Raspberries Smoothie Bowl

   Smoothie bowls are trending! The best part about smoothie bowls is the toppings.

   So, my dear girls, today I want to share with you this cashews and raspberries smoothie bowl. It’s creamy, nutrient-rich, naturally sweet, fruity and healthy!

   Cashews are one of the healthier nuts you can consume.

   Here are 6 health benefits attributed to cashews:

  • Skin and hair health

  • Strong bones

  • Weight loss

  • Good for the nerves

  • Cancer prevention

  • Gallstone prevention

   Vitamin C, a powerful natural antioxidant that zaps free radicals and fights infection, is one of the biggest benefits in raspberries. Walnuts are also packed with antioxidants.

Here’s the recipe:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup of frozen red raspberries

  • 1 small bunch of seedless grapes

  • 50 g cashews

  • 6 fresh walnuts

  • 3 frozen apricots

  • ½ cup of filtered water

  • 1 small bunch of parsley

  • 1 small bunch of baby spinach

  • Coconut shavings, basil leaves, fresh walnuts (for decoration)

    Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

       Step 2: Blend together until smooth.

       Step 3: Pour into bowls.

       Step 4: Serve immediately!
