Melon + Dates Smoothie

   Hey! Are you a fan of sweet drinks?

   If yes, this recipe is perfect for you!

   The combination of dates, banana and melon is wonderful.

   The coconut oil adds a lot of extra freshness to this creamy smoothie, and dates add a strong touch of sweetness.

   This smoothie is very healthy!


  • 9-12 pitted dates

  • 3 slices of melon

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

  • 40 ml filtered water

  • Small mocha chocolate dragees, coconut shavings (topping)


Step 1: In a bowl, combine dates and hot water. Allow dates to soften for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Step 3: Blend together until smooth.

Step 4: Pour into glasses.
