Orange + Mango + Kiwi Smoothie

   How are you doing?

   Ready to boost your immunity?

   It’s time to give my Orange + Mango + Kiwi Smoothie a try and start feeling better from the inside out!

Recipe Details:

  • ½ mango

  • 2 kiwis

  • 1 banana

  • 1 orange, juice of

  • ½ tablespoon of fresh lemon juice

  • ½ tablespoon of grated fresh ginger

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • Poppy seeds, slices of orange & banana (for decoration)

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend together until smooth.

3. Pour in some ice cubes if you want to have an extra cold dessert!

4. Pour into glasses.

5. Serve with pleasure!

 

    Its ingredients contain amazing health benefits.

   Mango is high on sugar and dietary fiber. It is a rich source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, folate and Vitamin C. Mango is rich in anti-oxidants, improves eye health, improves digestion if taken in moderation and boosts immunity.

   Kiwi has a good amount of dietary fiber and is a rich source of Vitamin C, Vitamin B5, Folate and Vitamin E.

   Orange juice is packed with antioxidants. It’s a source of fiber, it improves blood circulation and heart health, it prevents kidney stones etc.

   Ginger is a super-healthy ingredient that will add a bit of spice to the drink.
