Mango+Kiwi+Spinach Smoothie

      Hello there. I’m delightful to bring you the recipe of Mango+Kiwi+Spinach Smoothie.

      It’s wintertime and I miss the sunny days. Mango is very sunny and to my mind it’s a very happy fruit. Its combination with kiwi, spinach and banana is marvelous.

     This smoothie is very nutritious. It is derived from its amazing ingredients, which are a source of various vitamins and minerals.

The Ingredients:

  • ½ mango

  • 2 kiwis

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach

  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats

  • 60 ml filtered water

  • 1 banana

  • sugar (optional)

  • sunflower seeds, coconut flakes (for decoration)

Instructions:

  1. Add spinach, oats, peeled mango, kiwis, banana and water to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. If smoothie is too thick add a bit of water and blend again.

  4. Pour into glasses.

  5. Enjoy!

       So, mango is a rich source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, folate and Vitamin C.

       Kiwi adds a slight sourness to this smoothie that compliments the mango, as well as a amount of dietary fiber and a good dose of Vitamin C, Vitamin B5, Folate and Vitamin E.

       Spinach is a plant with remarkable abilities to restore energy, increase vitality and improve the quality of the blood.  It is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folic acid as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2.

 

       Sunflower seeds provide a healthy source of essential fatty acids; their specific fatty acids are in the form of linoleic acid. Additionally, sunflower seeds are also an excellent source of fiber, amino acids which make up the building blocks of proteins, B Vitamins and more.
