Broccoli + Spinach + Carrot Smoothie Bowl

   Combining its ingredients, you will obtain an easy meal, nutritious, delicious, and convenient.

                   Ingredients:

  • 5-7 Broccoli florets, raw

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1 red apple, peeled

  • 1 large banana

  • ½ small carrot, raw

  • ½ sliced cucumber

  • 1 spoon of sunflower seeds

  • 3 spoons of fresh lemon juice

  • 120 ml filtered water

  • Sunflower seeds, baby spinach leaves, grated carrot (decoration)

Instructions:

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.

Step 2: Blend together until smooth.

Step 3: Serve immediately!

The taste of mineral-rich broccoli is hidden due to the sweetness of banana and apple.
