Hello there! Let’s start off your day with a refreshing, rich and creamy smoothie. This yummy drink will really fill you up!
Lettuce, blackberries, strawberries, banana go deliciously together.
1 handful of lettuce
1 cup of frozen blackberries
8 frozen strawberries
1 apple, fresh juice of
2 teaspoons of honey
Poppy seeds, coconut flakes (for decoration)
Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Step 2: Blend together until smooth.
Step 3: Pour into glasses.
Step 4: Enjoy!
I make this smoothie with apple juice.
I use frozen berries cause I think frozen blackberries and strawberries are more nutritious than imported ,,fresh” ones.
